Cancellation Policy

No show fee

If the reservation is not canceled and the customer does not show up at the booked time, the studio is entitled to demand the full value of the reservation, which is issued in the form of a fee request based on the invoicing data provided at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and change of date

If the booked date is not a good one, please notify us by e-mail and write the word "Cancellation" in the subject of the letter, so that we can process the request as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations received on other platforms or via e-mails with different subjects.

  • If the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the due date, you have the option to book a new date. If you paid online in advance, you can even request a refund.
  • If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, we are entitled to charge an availability fee of HUF 6000

Would you like your money not to be wasted? 

Our main goal is to make our customers satisfied, so 50% of the no-show fee and the full amount of the cancellation fee will be issued in the form of a coupon after receipt of the amount, so you can use it on your next reservation. 

Emergency Cancellation

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our studio reserves the right to cancel or - in consultation with the parties involved - modify bookings in case of force majeure. In such cases, we will do our best to find a new suitable time together or refund the amount already paid.
