Cancellation Policy

No show fee

If the reservation is not canceled and the customer does not show up at the booked time, the studio is entitled to demand the full value of the reservation, which is issued in the form of a fee request based on the invoicing data provided at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and change of date

Ha esetleg mégsem jó a lefoglalt időpont, kérjük e-mailben értesíts minket (hello@pixbudapest.hu) és a levél tárgyába írd be a „Lemondás” szót, így tudjuk a leggyorsabban feldolgozni a kérést. Más platformokon vagy különböző tárgyú e-mailekkel érkező lemondásokat sajnos nem tudunk elfogadni.

• Ha a lemondás az esedékes időpont előtt minimum 3 nappal történik (karácsonyi időszak miatt), lehetőséged van új időpont foglalására. Abban az esetben, ha előre online fizettél, akár visszatérítést is igényelhetsz.
• Amennyiben a lemondás pontosan 3 nappal az időpont esedékessége előtt történik, úgy 10 ezer forint lemondási díj felszámolására jogosult a stúdió. 
• Amennyiben a lemondás kevesebb, mint 3 nappal az időpont előtt történik, a teljes díj összegére jogosult a fotóstúdió. 

Emergency Cancellation

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our studio reserves the right to cancel or - in consultation with the parties involved - modify bookings in case of force majeure. In such cases, we will do our best to find a new suitable time together or refund the amount already paid.
