F.A.Q.

We have collected the most frequently asked questions for you.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment, as we still have some preparation to do, such as an introduction to the operation and location. The 30-minute duration of the photo shoot will start exactly at the specified time.
If you arrived late, you still have the opportunity to participate, but it is important to know that the time allotted for the photo shoot starts at the originally booked time, and thus you will have less time left.

During the photo shoot, only you are in the room, but if you need help, a colleague is always available to help and provide assistance.

Of course, we welcome all kinds of four-legged friends, as our company is animal-friendly. We believe that dogs, cats and other pets can also be part of the fun and experience that photo shoots have to offer. If you bring your favorite pets with you, we will make sure that they also have a good time and can participate in the adventure. Whether it's a dog, cat or other animal, they are all welcome here!

Amennyiben le szeretnétek mondani a foglalást, ezt csak és kizárólag egy „lemondás” tárgyú emailben tehetitek meg a „hello@pixbudapest.hu” e-mail címre. Más kommunikációs eszközökön, mint például Facebookon, más e-mail címeken vagy telefonon érkező lemondásokat sajnálatos módon nem tudunk elfogadni. 
Időpontmódosításhoz keress minket e-mailben, chaten, vagy akár telefonon is. 

If you would like to book an appointment for that day, please contact us by phone, as online appointment booking closes the day before. 

All our employees speak English and Hungarian, and our communications manager Dorci also speaks Italian, so we warmly welcome everyone who wants to try a unique program in Budapest.
